Ogilvy & Mather Chicago invited Rick Valicenti along with 39 other designer illustrators to create a commemorative poster for one of the many productions of the Steppenwolf Theatre, one of Chicago’s most legendary theatre companies, currently in the midst of their 40th anniversary.

Applying a secret potion to typography extracted from the first printed manuscript of Romeo and Juliet, our characters fall into their final embrace.
